To ensure everyone has a positive experience, the following are general guidelines for the optimal salon experience.
When You Arrive
Be mindful of other businesses and try to park around our suite. We are to the left of Allstate, on the corner.
Late Arrivals
We schedule our appointments based upon time needed for each client, and our team’s goal is to value and respect our clients time and appointment time. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. In the event the stylist has the available time to extend your appointment time; hourly rate charging begins at the originally scheduled appointment time.
Method of Payment
We are a cashless salon. While we do accept cash payments, we do not keep change on site. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Adjustments & Corrections
We want you to love your hair, so if there is something to be adjusted or corrected, please give us a call no more than one week after the original service date. The adjustment or correction service must be done within one week of the original service. We do not provide monetary refunds on services or retail.
Curly Hair Prep
If you are booking a Curly service, please arrive with your hair completely detangled, dry, left curly, and not pulled back in order to guarantee your stylist can complete your service and give you the best results in your scheduled time .
Pricing for Services
We offer both hourly pricing and a la carte pricing on our services. Most of our services fall under hourly pricing, which is a new and more transparent system being used in more and more salons today.
The price of most of our services depends on time. Stylists vary in skill level and price range. Hourly rates vary from $50/hour to $200/hour. This hourly rate is a flat rate, meaning you can know exactly how much you are investing when you book an color appointment.
Hourly pricing can simplify the process for client and stylist. For example, you book a reservation online for $100/hour, this price will include lightening, color services, haircut, personalized shampoo and hair treatment, and a blowout + style. Your appointment will take 4 hours. Your total investment will be $400. No additional price jumps, add ons, or tip.
That’s correct, with hourly pricing gratuity is included. Hourly pricing allows for 100% one on one time with you and your stylist, meeting all your hair needs. You are absolutely welcome to add additional gratuity but it is not expected.
When you book a service with a la carte pricing, those prices are for the base product and time, and may require additional charges for add on services such as treatments to maintain integrity and such, plus typically a client would tip on top.
